How the body uses saturated fats changes with regular physical activity

A new study shows that regular exercise can fundamentally change the way the body processes saturated fats, which could reduce their negative health effects. By increasing the activity of certain genes involved in fat metabolism, physical activity can help the body burn fat more efficiently and store less fat.
