New protein discovery could be key to healthier aging
Scientists at McMaster University have made a breakthrough discovery about the protein MANF, which plays a crucial role in cell health and aging. MANF supports cell purification by preventing the formation of toxic proteins that can lead to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
