NAD+ precursors may delay ovarian aging in humans

Recent research shows that NAD+ precursors NMN and NR can reverse signs of ovarian aging in rats. The study shows that these compounds improve mitochondrial function and increase fertility markers by balancing cellular mechanisms involved in ovarian health. This opens up potential opportunities for using these dietary supplements to delay ovarian aging in humans.
