AI-powered eye scan detects signs of Parkinson's disease 7 years earlier
Innovative research using artificial intelligence in eye scans has made it possible to identify Parkinson's disease up to seven years before clinical diagnosis. This breakthrough method, developed by researchers at Moorfields Eye Hospital and UCL, could lead to better early diagnosis and treatment strategies for neurodegenerative diseases.
