Rethinking old age: Scientists discover the molecular fingerprint of biological aging
Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh have identified blood markers associated with healthy and accelerated aging. These markers can help predict a person's biological age, which reflects the aging rate of their cells and organs, regardless of their chronological age.
