In order to provide everyone with the best nutritional supplement, we use various methods to determine nutritional requirements. One of them is an optional gene analysis*, which examines more than 60 genes. This allows us to determine which nutrients are ineffective, harmful or required in higher doses for the individual. As an alternative or supplement to genetic analysis, we offer a blood analysis that detects deficiencies or surpluses of nutrients in the blood. Customers also have the option to fill out a detailed questionnaire, which, among other things, takes into account dietary habits, such as a vegan diet.

After ordering, the sample collection kit is sent to the specified address. With the stamped return note, the sample is sent back to our laboratory for analysis. After the analysis, which usually takes 5 working days, the results are made available on the online portal, as a PDF download and a few days later as a printed report by post. The analysis results are incorporated into the respective recipe and we produce the personalized NovoDailies as a 3-month pack. As soon as everything is produced, the reports and NovoDailies are sent by post. Before the stock is used up, the next 3-month pack is automatically sent out.
